first of all, THANK YOU to everyone who's following me on my Visible Person,
Invisible Problem FB page... if you're not following me there, please take a

here's
what I know about this blog - I'm not going to think so hard about writing the
Great American Blog... I'm just going to write... I'm not going to be a
perfectionist - I realized that streak in me was rearing its little head... I'll
talk about music, my rehab... I'll see what else ... no pressure, which is
rather freeing...
I'm
trying to find balance in my life in more ways than one, and not writing this
blog at all feels out of balance for me, so here goes.... in bits and
pieces....
